If you believe that your property is haunted, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to discuss your haunting with you. Here are a few things that you should know about us before filling out the contact form:

• There is no charge for an investigation, nor are there any hidden charges. We provide free investigations as a way of helping others, and as a way of advancing the research into paranormal studies.

• We take a scientific approach to investigations. We rely on technology, the scientific method, and common sense. We do not use witchcraft, mediums, Ouija boards, or any other occult items, nor do we perform séances.

• Although we do perform scientific research, our first concern is for our client’s wellbeing. We do not abandon our clients after an investigation. We work with you to help you to find relief from your haunting. We prioritize cases involving children, the disabled, or that involve physical harm.

• We respect your privacy. We do not involve the media in our investigations, nor do we post photos or information about our investigations in public areas of our Web site. We try to be as discrete as possible during an investigation.

• We primarily investigate locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Under special circumstances we will sometimes investigate locations in other states, but this is the exception rather than the rule.
